Block Fortune plugin BUG

Hi, i have a plugin made for me but it has a bug, when people use any item to break things it removes block there holding, can someone fix heres link http://shadowcasted.com/#plugins
plugin is ImmortalCustom, and can u fix all bugs in it if there is any thxs

Ask the person who coded it for you .. it even says on the website linked:
"If you find a bug (on the website or in a plugin) or if you want to suggest something, email us."
