Best plugins for a vanilla-like survival server

What would the best plugins be for a vanilla survival server that allows people to speed up resource gathering and building, as well has having fun and obtaining unobtainable blocks? I'm trying to create a small server that I can play on with my friends to build a community or something, and I don't want to spend 20 hours a day gathering resources so I can make an epic base, and I also want to make it have more than just the average vanilla minecraft, so that there's plenty of stuff to do in survival, as if it was part of minecraft already. I already have stuff like mob catcher, veinminer, grappling hooks, silk spawner, explosive snowballs, auto crops, and infernal mobs.
