Ban Manager (Commands)

What i want:If you know the Ban Management,Its too hard to use because its needed to connect through the database/MySQL of frostblablabla to use commands.So i want to make it easier to those who want a nice punish plugin.So My point is i want to Get Those Command in Ban management without connecting through there database or something.
Ideas for commands: /ban <username> <reason>
/tempban <username> <timeFormat> <reason>
/unban <username>
/bminfo <username>
/banip <username || IP> <reason>
/tempbanip <username || IP> <timeDiff> <reason>
/unbanip <ip>
/kick <player> <reason (optional)>

Just connect MySQL to BanManager. Its not that hard.

Or just use MaxBan.
