Bag in SuperFlat Map Please Help

I relly need help i make a superfalt wold in my multiplayer server
it worked normaly i start to build and after 3 or 4 days of building i had some fps problem i tought it is a connetion problem so i stop the server and run it agein and the its happend when im on the ground i see the things in the air that you see when you close to the void and the sky is not blue half of them is black and just when im in floor 60 i the half black became blue ist like i relly near the void and its sholdent be like that and i cant start a new server because i build alot
someone can help me ?!?!?

i made it in mcedit so its 60 or 64 blocks high and sky at 180 i think or something like that

 

how can i take the all thing that i build and put it in your map?

even more you can create your own flat map

but bigger size you will make of map bigger the map will be and longer it will take


my map is just 1000x1000 i believe i dont really remember but it took 13 mins to create it and its weight is 313 mb EMPTY think


and after that 1000 blocks map will start to get normal but than you could just use worldedit to flat your land

 

can you help me to move what i build and put it in new flat map?

but 1st try to watch this movie of mcedit how to move buildings so you will learn your self and than there will be nothing in minecraft you wont be able to move copy or paste
