Badlion 1v1, 2v2 (GUI Plugin)

Suggested name: 1v1 Duel Plugin

What I want: I would like a plugin that is 90% similar to the plugin that eu.badlion.net uses for their PotPvP server. I would like it to have 1v1 and 2v2. I would also like it to have ELO or statistics. Plus ranked and unranked matches so when you play ranked stats change and when you play unranked they do not change. To join a ranked match you need to right-click with a Diamond sword. To join unranked Iron Sword. If 2v2 that you have to be in a party similar like on Badlion. Also when you right-click with the sword when you join que make it so the admin can create a kit and name it.

/party kick
/kit create


Ideas for permissions: I just do not want people to mess up commands
