Badge / Prefix Plugin

I would like to make a request for a plugin that allows players to earn badges by completing challenges (Example: Zombie Slayer [Killed 1000 Zombies]) The prefix for this example would be Zombie Slayer and the challenge would be to kill 1000 zombies. It would be best if you could open a chest by a command and have different items assigned to each challenge (Example: Zombie Slayer would be a zombie head).
An example for what the description of an achievement would look like:

[Locked] Zombie Slayer
Killed 1000 Zombies
(999 to go)

Where the [Locked] would mean that you haven't unlocked the badge.

[Unlocked] Zombie Slayer
Killed 1000 Zombies
(Congratulations)

Where the [Unlocked] would mean that you have unlocked the badge.

Here is a skeleton for it:

(State of Completion) (Name of Badge)
(Task Required to Unlock)
(How much of the challenge is left) or (Congratulations)
All of which would be customizable. (Color for locked / unlocked --- Name of the Badge (and color) --- Text for achievement (and color) --- Text for how much of the challenge was left or if it has been completed (and color))


When you select a badge the name of the badge would become the prefix to your name
You can't select badges you haven't unlocked yet
A badge that is given at start so that they have something to use
