Automatic keyword detection in tickets

    Hey there.

    After responding to a ticket like this for the 100th time:

    I thought it would be nice if you could create a rule (in regex or something), which would show a common troubleshooting for that problem and then ask if it fixed the problem.

    I know some of the players would abuse it and automatically click "no, it didn't fix the problem" - well, this would be a problem, but we could deal with it.

    Hi Acrobot, you should include a FAQ link on this page here
    I usually look at FAQ before submitting problems, and honestly searching in tickets is a bad idea, mostly because Closed/Cancelled tickets aren't shown by default.

    Thats a pretty specific use case, and I don't think it will be implemented :|
