Filled Assign Rank to Banned/Muted Players

What I want: Can someone please make a plugin that when someone bans or tempbans a player using Essentials or EssentialsX, it adds a rank to them (Set in config) using Vault (Vault supports the most popular permissions plugins), so that servers with server sites made with Enjin can link a banned tag with the banned rank. And also removes the rank when their ban expires/is removed. And also with mutes. And that also allows you to give people a muted/banned role on a Discord server using https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/ranksync.61393/. Thank you
