What I want: hey, i'd like to request a plugin to manage the use of EasyMC accounts and Vpn usage to bypass IP bans on my minecraft server. essentially making online Alt accounts through EasyMC, Alterning and McLeaks useless on my server

Ideas for permissions: staff members should be the only players that can see the alerts (our server uses UltraPermissions)

When I'd like it by: ASAP as we have a very big issue with alt accounts
