Filled Anti Build

I'm looking for a simple command that OPs can use to stop the breaking of blocks when PvPing.

Command: /build
Description: When /build is executed, the user can no longer break blocks (useful for when ops pvp). Please make it so when you login, the "anti build" mode is deactivated.

Messages:
On: "&aYou are now in anti build mode."
Off: &cYou are no longer in anti build mode."
Login (2 second delay): "&cAnti build mode disabled on login."

@dontjudgeme1243 I know this is a silly request, and I know it doesn't matter to much (does to me p). The colors on the 2 messages are swapped.

On: "&aYou are now in anti build mode."
Off: &cYou are no longer in anti build mode."

is how I wanted it, and on your plugin it's like this

On: "&cYou are now in anti build mode."
Off: &aYou are no longer in anti build mode."

They are swapped in the plugin P
