Plugin Request Amour Lock Plugin Request.

There may already be a plugin like this out there so if there is just tell me, because I couldn't find one.

Main Idea:
- Players Amour is different and unmovable based on the rank that they have.

Details:
- A config that will allow defining the what ranks have what amour. (Color for leather, enchantments, type of amour.)
- Use of permissions/rank to define what amour they wear.
- When there rank changes their amour changes.
- Lock the amour in place so that they can't remove it from their amour slots.
- [If Possible] When they try to click their amour it kicks them out of their inventory and sends them a configurable color coded message.

I feel that this will have many uses on kit pvp servers and such, but I would be using it for a role-playing server that me and a few friends are working on.
