Advanced PVP Management

Hi,
I would like to suggest a plugin but the Important part is that you make it into a Bukkit dev Plugin,
I do not want to use it, I just think It would be a nice plugin for Administrators to use.

Name: Advanced PVP Management [You canchange it because You'll be Putting it on bukkit]

Standalone Version:
What it will do,

This plugin will create PVP areas which you can define by A wand or Pacing blocks By blocks,
It will save every area/block. There will be an option to toggle the Y level so You can select 1 block or from the sky to the bottom.
There will be ways for admins to select whether to Show the blocks of the area or not.

The showcase will work like:
If Player Turns on the showcase(open by default) They will see the blocks that pvp is enabled in On the ground.
The blocks will change to other blocks with a timer and go back (like a force field)
This will be client side so no blocks will be actually changed on serverside.
The showcase will only happen at blocks which have a space above them.
So If there is a bridge, and a floor both the bridge and the floor will change colors.
[You can change the mechanics and the color thing like you see fit]

Ideas for Commands(all configurable in the Config):
Player commands:
/showcase : Toggles whether or not the showcase will be visible.
Admin commands(With the prefix of /apm):
/apm method: will output /apm start block/wand
/apm select: will output /apm select block/vertical
After that:
/apm start: will start the selection with the methods chosen above
/apm save (name): save the selection
/apm edit (name) <edit value> <edit outcome value>: will edit the areas settings.(If entered with error will list all available values):
pvp: true false | showcase: true false

Permissions:
just apm before the command; example: apm.save
Player commands will be enabled by default.

Rapping up:
This is just an idea, If you use it you are free to change anything.
preferably Hook into worldedit for the wand selection.
and Make other plugins hook in to edit The area settings.

Another idea for a light version. Just make in hook into Worldedit.

Again, This is just an Idea for a Dev To make into plugins.
If you make it, I would prefer you make it opensource.

This plugin is for advanced users who want to configure their server.
And for you to put on Bukkit Plugin list.
