Over 100,000 servers have used Buycraft over the last 2 years.
What is Buycraft, and why does my Minecraft server need it?
Buycraft enables you to sell in game items/memberships to your community, allowing yourself to fund your server bills to keep your Minecraft server alive. Buycraft is basically an online shopping cart system for your own server!
How will my players use Buycraft?
After you have created a Buycraft account, you are given an online webstore which you can use to promote your items for sale. Your players will visit this website and be able to purchase the items that they want, be it a collection of armour, or a monthly VIP membership.
What can I sell to my users, and how?
Buycraft enables you to sell ANYTHING to your users, from a collection of armour upgrades, to monthly VIP memberships. When a player purchases a product, it is automatically processed on your Minecraft server, and removes all hassle of managing payments by yourself. All these different options will take the worry out of funding your Minecraft server.
Some of the awesome features available:
    • Create donation packages which can reward your players with anything you imagine.
    • Setup advanced packages for memberships ranks, with support for automatic Paypal subscriptions.
    • Many Payment gateways supported! (Paypal, Stripe, Google Wallet, Paymentwall, 2Checkout, Onebip, Paygol, Payza, and Coinbase.)
    • Coupon codes to offer discounts to your players.
    • Run promotional sales to gain attention to certain donation packages.
    • Cumulative ranking to enable your players to upgrade their ranks.
    • Custom variables to offer advanced customisation of your packages.
    • Detailed donation statistics to see how well your server is performing.
    • Multiple webstores per account, with the ability to create sub accounts for your other moderators/administrators on your server.
    • Advanced fraud protection to prevent chargebacks.
    • Webstores available in over 8 languages.
    • You can change your webstore theme and even integrate it into your own website.
    • Everything is hosted by us, resulting in a hassle free and inexpensive way to run your own webstore! The Buycraft platform is updated regularly with many new features added each month.

I would buy premium if buy craft supported recurring payments! :D

    Would be a good feature.

So I checked around, searching on google a bunch and stuff, and everything I searched related to having more than 1 shop per account was just flat out denied with "no". Many people/hosts have multiple servers, and having them all in 1 shop is kind of bad if you don't want to advertise another server when serverA players use the shop and see ServerB shop items.

If some of use are willing to pay per server then I don't see why not. I would even pay MORE($10 per server???) than a separate premium account would cost just because it would make management much much easier. I have chosen BuyCraft over other options but BuyCraft won't be an option for me soon if multi shop features aren't added :(
  5. At the moment we feel that a multi shop system would make organizing things such as packages/categories very confusing. We do have plans to add a multi shop system however at the moment we are working on revamping the entire infrastructure of Buycraft to allow us to add features such as the one you are requesting.

Please let us use color and size BBCodes for descriptions :) Sometimes I really want to catch the attention of a donator, and only bold font might not be enough for that.

Great, sounds amazing, hopefully done in the near future :p I don't see much confusion with it though. The main dashboard page is empty and only has the twitter feed. This page could be used as a shop management page which lists your shops, and has a few management options. Clicking on one of these would then bring you to the management page for that shop which would have "webstore" "content" "payments" etc.

Also the statistics page seems to be missing weekly stats. There is day/months/3m/year etc but weekly was kinda left out.

Oh also don't forget an account merge feature. Since for now I will make multiple premium accounts, when multi-shop is added I would like to merge shops to a main account. Do do this shops would have a "generate export key" and "import shop". You go onto your extra shop and generate an export key which is valid for an amount of time, then go to your main shop and put the export key and click "import shop". The shop is then imported and added to your management page. This would save TONS of hassle and also keep premium members from losing money that they payed if their premium duration isn't over yet.

For added security there could be and export and import key, so you would have to add each to the opposite shop.

Alright, there's an issue I've noticed with saving command order in packages. Hoping someone can take a look at this promptly.

Okay, so I'm using bPermissions to set prefixes on players. This requires a series of three commands in a particular order. Now, the order saves just fine for the initial, refund and expiry type commands, but the order is messed up when I save the chargeback commands. I'll post some images below to illustrate what I mean..

So, we enter our commands like so..

Save them and come back, and we get..

Obviously, I can't push that into production since it's not going to work at all.
However, if I save the commands in this order, look what happens..

Fun! But I still can't tell which one is correct. Thoughts?

    I second this.

I'm in the same situation and this feature would be great!

    Hello all,

You all know how when you first create a Buycraft account, you have an uncategorized package?
How would I make it so I can rename that to donate?

I've seen couple of servers do this without being premium buycraft members, please help :3

Add a category on this page: http://server.buycraft.net/categories
Then put your package in that category.

I'm having the same problem, it would be nice if I were able to change the order (like the reorder button on categories/packages).

    Tried doing:
    - /manselect (worldname)
    - /manuadd {name} (groupname)
    - /mansave (worldname)

because my modded server doesn't have full bukkit functionality, so groupmanager has to be very manually processed.

It worked sometimes, but I was never able to complete my package (with full functionality) with it.

No, I cannot do this :( I'm not premium, I just want to rename uncategorized to donate. How would I go abouts doing that?

Is the paypal protection rsa 128 or just 128 bit protection?

Is there docs showing all the default variables (example {name}) or is {name} the only one?

I am looking for a way to have a {price} variable so that i can broadcast how much the player donated.

Hello i get this weird rollback.
when i reload or restart the server people who has bought a few days ago loses their rank.

How do i fix this weird rollback?

Sounds like an issue with your Permissions Plugin, make sure the config files have read and write access.

EDIT: Also try using the commands your using in Buycraft in the console, see if they work then.

I've tried to search this thread for Forge compatibility, but I keep getting a server error. So here's the question:

Will you be looking into a Forge compatible mod so that bukkitforge won't need to be installed? I currently use ForgeEssentials (permissions, protections, etc) for my FTB server and would like to offer items and services for my users to buy. If worse comes to worst, I can install bukkitForge in the interim.

    Thanks for viewing this post,

Use MCPC. BukkitForge is hopelessly broken in regards many things. http://www.mcportcentral.co.za/index.php?topic=4657.0

Does MCPC support all of the Feed-The-Beast Ultimate (v1.0.1) mods and more plugins?

And is it a mod itself, or is it a server jar?

EDIT: Successfully switched to MCPC+ - It replaces your old worlds with new ones like bukkit would, and has far superior plugin functionality.

how would I iframe it? I've been reading and there really isn't any information for smf with iframes

Okay so this is going to be kind of short and sweet, I have buycraft on my server, and I was going to look into the premium account, but buying that wouldn't solve this problem.

I'm looking for BuyCraft to have specific ranks only able to buy specific packages. So lets say a Member has access to 3 packages, but not access to the 3 packages a Builder would be able to buy. Is that possible using PermissionsEx for example, and could you make that possible if it's not?

  24. The reason this is hard to implement is due to how we would check your server if a user has a specific permission. It would be extremely difficult to achieve.

Add the ability to ban people on your BuyCraft page by their e-mail.
  26. Offline

well it mabe hard but it is possible to hook into permission plugins like pex or bpermissions or even groupmanager
  27. Offline

There's a Bukkit API for it. It's just that it's hard to implement it into the Buycraft system.

Please add the option to subtract a percentage of a payment from the "Monthly Goal". Right now the Montly Goal is completely off-track since PayGol charges around 50 % of the payment. Thus, I'd like to set 50% of the mobile payments' value to be subtracted.

Montly goal says 1800 / 1000 NOK atm, but in reality I only have 700 / 1000 NOK.

I am disabling the Monthly Goal module until this is added or fixed in another way as it's just misleading atm ;)

Yes, that definitely would be quite hard I'm sure of that. But hooking into PEX and other plugins like that would make it possible, am I right? This is would definitely improve this fantastic plugin.

    Feature Request:
    • With Type in the Variables add a Checkbox option. If a user checks more then one option it will run the command with that specific variable once for each checked box. Example: If I checked three boxes for the variable "permissions" and the three things I checked were voxelsniper.sniper, modifyworld.* and worldedit.* then buycraft would run the command with the {permissions} variable once for each of those. So if the buycraft command is /pex user {name} add {permissions} Then it would run like this /pex user Goblom add voxelsniper.sniper, /pex user Goblom add modifyworld.* and /pex user Goblom add worldedit.*
    • With Alphabetic in the Variable Types make commas act like my Checkbox feature request. Commas would act as command separators every time there is comma Buycraft would execute a new command with the information given until the comma.

You actually have to hook into Vault in order to be compatible with all permissions instead of just PEX. Also if they hook into PEX they will also have to hook into all other permissions plugins and there is quite a few.

It also would be extremely hard to have the Store determine if someone has the necessary permissions due to the fact that there is no actual way to check permissions of someone via a web server without a port wrapper built into buycraft and that could also cause major security issues if you do not want your permissions public

When you go to create a package there is a Help button that gives you all the built-in variables.
All the built in variables if you are lazy ---> http://d.pr/i/3C0F
To show where the help button ---> http://d.pr/i/4gbJ

Instead of three commands try this
    /exec u:{name} w:world a:meta prefix v:"[&7Player&f&r]"
I haven't tested the command yes through
It uses the short commands that come packaged with bPermissions here

Would it be possible to make an option where you only accept payments from verified PayPal users?
