Inactive [ADMN/FIX] MaxTPS - get maximum TPS [1.2.3-R0]

    New features

    Runtime tuning of monster and animal spawn pacing
    • ticks-per-monster (/tpmonster)
    • ticks-per-animal (/tpanimal)
    TPS threshold to start increasing/decreasing view-distance
    • Because chunk counts are usually meaningless until significant amount of people are online on the server, view-dist increases are applied ONLY if current TPS is above tps-threshold, likewise decreased when current TPS is below tps-threshold. The aim for defined chunk count still applies.

    Hello, i have a really small server for 8 people, i have 3.5 GB of ram and Intel(R) Core(TM) Duo CPU T6600 2.20 GHz, can you tell me what's the best configuration of this plugin for me? i dont have a lot of lag but sometime it get laggi, can you help me? :)

    And i dont know if this affects but i have 200 GB free :) please help me [creeper]

    Great Plugin. Server stopped lagging and ran smoother soon as I installed this :)

    Switched from pTweaks to this.

    Any way we can edit how /lag displays? I want to make the command available to players and have it nicer and easier to understand.

    It's happened - NOW OPENSOURCED:

    Current maintainers dont have the time to support the plugin atm, NEW MAINTAINERS ARE WELCOME!
    It's most likely we'll return back to the development in a few months, but there is no point holding back code people are finding useful (and constantly bugging us about it).

    Ie, we will give up this project to the first guy who ports it to 1.2 & writes new docs (MaxTPS 2 replaces several parts of minecraft, it also does some more drastic things - like sending far chunks off-server directly from .mca files!)

    That are sad news :(
    I am happy user of MaxTPS, running it on Tekkit server. It does great things. As soon as server starts to lag, MaxTPS changes viewdistance :)

    How to calculate how many chunks your server can handle? I have a 3000 ghz processor with 4mb preinstalled... And 32 gb ddr3 ram... And a 30 mbit connection, im expanding to 100mbit so assume i got 100. Just wanna now the amount of chunks my server is capable of handling :S .... I got over 50 plugins these are the most resource intensive... Mcmmo and swatchdog AND orbfuscator...

    Hi men!
    Thank you very much of your plugin helpfull but i have a quest...
    I have an error in my log [MaxTPS] failed to re-configure view distance! BAD things WILL happen!
    And i don't know resolve this... Second thing my server crash few hours after the starting that can come about this?
    I have a modded server and he crashed every 30 minuts and with your plugin every 3~5 hours but if i resolve this error mb NO MORE CRASH? :p
