"A Fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment"

My server is continuously crashing and I'm receiving this error. http://pastebin.com/CBRCvePT
It happens while the server is starting up. My start up command is java -Xmx16G -jar craftbukkit.jar and has been that for months. Also, it's happened while using both Java 6 and 7. I'm running build #2735 and my server is running Debian - 64 bit. Thanks a lot.
