Filled 911 Plugin

    I need someone to make me a plugin that when a player does a command like /911 [Message] it will notify a group (The Police group.) I would also like it so that in the config I can set a specific amount of time between each use of the command, so people cant spam the police. Thank you all!

    I want something similar to @Getoffmycat , I want players to be able to use /911 (message) and then in chat it will announce in chat [911] (group) (player name): message. And if you could make it in the config where I could edit the colors of the message that would be great.
