assuming the server fails to send a packet reply does the client display the block as broken or not?

I have not looked too much into packets myself before but I would assume block lag is caused by a packet sent by the server to the client before...

From a plugin perspective yes it would be easier to just be xml, but that would mean you would need a seperate HTML for people actually using...
I I believe you could get that info with some calculation with CSS, Or alternatively the webserver could respond with a XML in addition that...

Never messed with it before but I guess on a target event check if a player is on a team and if its not on the team u want just cancel the event
