yeah you have to create the quests. There are plenty of examples a few pages back.

Permissions plugin has been dropped and is not supported anymore by citizens. That is why only ops can interact with traders ect. because it falls...

Does Citizens work with the new essentials group manager that supports superperms? Dumping permissions 3 has forced us to use chest shops. Which suck.
