Solved I can't start my server!

    Every time I try to start my server, this shows up.

    Computer Info:
    Windows 7
    AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 810 Processer 2.60 GHz
    64-bit
    8.00 GB (7.75 GB usable)
    DX4300
    Gateway

    Edit: Downloading a cmd.exe (had the one from my computer deleted) file helped. :D
