Am I the only one that is haveing this issue ? Vanilla 1.2 Server converts my maps no problem can play them just fine with 1.2 server. But when i use the Dev builds and have it convert i dont get any errors but when I logon to servers I apear in the map in limbo im stuck in blocks or something. Im assumeing that this a why its a dev build but I havent seen any posts with this issue. Someone tell me Im not the only one.
Im having a similar issue, maps fine but loaded onto a dev copy of bukkit it appears as nothing but ice forming in the background and mobs jerking, its like theres nothing but there is.
It seemed to me that maybe it was a spawn issue so I used backup copy of world and ran R4 bukkit played and moved my spawn somewhere i couldnt be in rock or something and still after conversion same issue. Good to hear its probly just the Dev build and will most likely be worked out with recommended.
Apparently it happens when you create a new map with dev build. Lol not sure why I didnt try that befor!
