Hey, I've got Minecraft 1.2.3 and i updated my bukkit server to 1.1 r6. I don't get any errors and i don't use plugins but i can't connect to my server. WHen i try to connect there appears Connecting.... and that's it. I can wait a few hours and there still appears Conencting... Hope someone can help me quickly.
Your running the wrong version mate 1.1 R6 doesent support minecraft 1.2.3 you need to download the dev build of bukkit to use 1.2.3 here is the link to the dev builds http://dl.bukkit.org/downloads/craftbukkit/ the ones at the top support 1.2 but remember they are development builds and there are bugs with it
It says converting map. What does that meen? Ive turned the server on. Is it just converting the map to fit with the development build, or is it getting rid of it?
When the map generation changes, maps are converted to work with it. Your map is just being 'updated' to the new generation. It's supposed to do that btw.
Converting the map to the newest Bukkit Build basically adding the Jungle Biome and all of those things.
im having a different error whenever i try to connect it says internal server error and you can get on after like 10-20 tries but thats not practical its on thr latest dev-bukkit for 1.2.3
