Help! Warning System Can't Keep up

Hey Guys I use to have windows xp until i upgraded to windows 7 pro, after that i upgraded my bukkit.jar and updated all plugins. BUT now i keep getting " Warning system cannot keep up " etc.. it spams it every 10secs? i have 4gb ram dedicated 1gb to server and 2gb for computer to run, and sometimes when im typing on signs it disappears and console says the warning system thing Pls Help!

That error is normally caused when Bukkit cannot load everything properly (lag). It is normally caused by 3 things;

1. Your CPU is running too high
2. Your Bukkit allocated RAM is running too high
3. Your RAM in general is too high as your PC could be running too many programs.

Can you post your plugins using the

syntax, your PC specs, and if you want, a reading of your CPU usage (from task manager) when the error starts to show.[/code]
