World Edit + Eloraam's Redstone Mod Help?

I would like to run both Bukkit with World Edit installed and Eloraam's Redstone Mod (That allows you to create smaller blocks) on my Server. I looked around the forums, internet and tried things out for myself but I just can't figure out how to get it to work. I use Clanforge as my server host.

Does anyone know if this is possible to do and if so how exactly do I go about getting this to work? Any help would be greatly appreciated before I start pulling my hair out

 

Don't usually expect to get any help on modding craftbukkit here, but there's a dedicated forum for that. Check under Bukkit Ported Mods, CraftBukkit 1.1-R3, then look for RedPower.

I'm not sure that any of that will work, though, if the server host doesn't allow you to change the server jar. Which plan do you use?
