Auto /pl on join?

Hi!

I maked a simple command log, and, some players, when they join the server, automatically sends the command "/pl", in the same instant as the message "joined the game" is send.

It's a hack, that makes 'em send this command? If yes, I know how to make anti-hack to this...

 

There are already plugins to disable /pl and /plugins

 

Yes, it's a mod/hack, found in a few common grief clients. Nothing they can't find out manually, but it's nice to remove/change the command anyways.

 

If you really want to anti-grief... Make a plugin that causes /pl to kick the player.

 

Hmm, but the problem is, people could be innocently using /pl.

You'd need to make it kick you if the command is done within, say, 5 seconds of joining.

 

I maked this plugin. I banned 8 players in 1 day. =]

 

Like the VAX client.So it could detect anti-grief/cheat plugins like NoCheat and mcbans

 

Yeap, but, I blocked the /pl. I think the VAX verifys if, the message of /pl contains, for example, NoCheat. If yes, the VAX will disable (?).

So, I blocked the /pl, AND maked the plugin to auto-ban =]
