I'm looking for a plugin that would allow the server owner to modify the effectiveness of some potions. The only ones I really want to mess with are the healing and damaging ones as they seem the most imbalanced. I heard that Bukkit made this possible with their 1.1 CB, but I could be mistaken. I personally think Enchanting is fine, it's just the Alchemy is ridiculous. Come on. A splash potion that inflicts 3~6 hearts of damage no matter the armor?? I'd like to tone stuff like that down. The regenerating potions are crazy silly as well. So, a plugin that would allow me to just mess with the numbers when it comes to the regenerating, instant healing, poison, and harming potions in specific would be wonderful. Does such a thing already exist? Thank you.
