Help: 2 servers at once

so i want to have 2 severs at once i have one on 25565 that works great and another on 25566 i can connect doing localhost:25566 but on my other computer connected to a different router cant do xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:25566 to connect it wont work even when i do xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:25566 it wont work

 

is it port forwardeD?

Well if the external IP works with 25565, are you sure 25566 is forwarded to your internal IP?

If you are using two computers on the same network, you have to setup a static ip for that computer also. Two internal ips on the same network can never be the same, or neither will be able to connect to the internet.
So, if both computers had a static ip, say Computer 1 had 192.168.1.1 and Computer 2 had 192.168.1.2, then when the one you want to connect to is static and port 25565 is open, you can connect to Computer 2 FROM Computer 1 by using 192.168.1.2, or connect FROM Computer 2 TO Computer 1 by using 192.168.1.1
