If you are connecting within your network, make sure you are using an internal IP (i.e localhost).

If you have a dynamic IP (IP changes) then you will have to get a static one (can be done for extra fee with Internet provider) or make sure your friends connect with the changed IP every time it changes :)

Right, ok you need delete all ports you have forwarded and start them again - pointing to your PC's Internal IP Address (192.168.1.36). Make sure it is forwarded to 25565 on TCP and UDP. Then test your forwarding with Port Forward Checker.

If your ports are then open, get your IP from whatismyIP, and then use that to connect to your Bukkit Server.

    Are your internal IP's static?

If they are your ports should be fine.

More then Likely it's been your external IP that has changed.
Go here & have users outside of your network with the IP thats shown here.

Yeah but then again, he uses the one he gets from the websites that shows the external ip, so if he just go to one of those websites and get the ip, he got the ip, and if that is what he already have done, then that is not the problem...

    Ahhh -

In that case he should try:
    - Disabling his firewall
    - check forwarded ports
    - post his server.properties file
    - try restarting his modem & computer

    Firewall is Disabled -- Nothing...
    Ports are Forwarded...
    Server.properties:
Restart... hmm i will try it ;)
