Make players choose a race when they first join the server[please-read]

I've been looking arround for a plugin which will do the following:

When a player first joins the server, they will be automatically asked to join a race.​

Make players have the race they chose displayed in their name, eg: '[Race] Playername: Message'​

Fully configurable files to add unlimited races for the player to choose from.​

Possibly configurable message colours, and messages displayed.​

When a player chooses a race, the server broadcasts the message: 'Player just became a:' ​

I don't mind if you can make a plugin with SOME of these features, but it'd be better with all. Also if you know any other plugins with these features please could you let me know?​

I don't know if it helps to tell you, but i'm using PermisionsEx.​

Most permissions plugins (like PermissionsEx) have the group thing. You can add a prefix which can be [Group]. Don't forget to remove the <>'s in the config, else it will look like <[Group] Username>.
You can use for example /pex promote K_Cin somegroup to change the group a user is in. If you want the users to be able to change the groups theirselves you can use one of these: 1, 2, 3 or any other with similar functionality.
