Bukkit dev denies read permission

    I'm trying to make a plugin Using The Tutorial but I can't download The API or even go to http://ci.bukkit.org/ without it saying
    Access Denied

    thebombzen is missing the Read permission

    What can I do? I want to try to develop a plugin.
