[1.0.1] Automatic Server Restarts

Issue:
The server keeps restarting itself every 5 - 20 minutes. Without having any permission to do so.

CFBanner
PermissionsEx (ChatManager, ModifyWorld)
MinecraftViewer
NoAfk
NoCheat
NoHunger
TiemdRank
War

About:
There are no console errors when it restarts it just says this:

CONSOLE: CONSOLE: Forcing save..
CONSOLE: CONSOLE: Stopping the server..

I think it may be the plugin War, because it only happens when a game of War is going on. I have tried removing most of the plugins and still no solution. Also I am using McMyAdmin and no where in the schedule tab is there a restart server prompt.

As there any way this can fixed by turning this off or is a bug with war possibly? And yes I am the BukkitTeacher and I should know how to solve this, but I am really stumped on how to do so.

If you believe it is War, then try removing that plugin to see if it fixes it. If it does not, then are you able to run the server without McMyAdmin for a while?
