Cant access commands bukkit says no

Well guys I have a server setup with permissionsbukkit and i'm not sure if everything is working correctly because when i'm in the server and i type something like /gamemode xxrootbeerxx 0 it says "Bukkit sad. Bukkit want you to access command, but Bukkit cannot let you. Bukkit will leak tears ". and i cant even type commands like /help without getting that message... I'm only using SimplePrefix plugin heres my config.yml any help would be much appreciated.

The reason is you're not an op. Go into the console and type "op (your username)" Then it should work.

 

I doubt it because in ops.txt my name is in there and i cant do /op from server cause i get the bukkit sad thing

 

Did you spell your name right in the ops.txt file?
