Permissions 3.0 issues... :/

Hey. I have recently added the permissions 3.0 plugin to my server and integrated all the nodes I needed for it. I was pretty happy with it but when i started the server it said:

[SEVERE] [Permissions] Unable to load permissions data.
[SEVERE] [Permissions] Shutting down permissions due to error<s>.
[INFO] [Permissions] <Yeti> was initialized.
[INFO] [Permissions] <Yeti> disabled successfully.

I tried lots of things other threads said but nothing helped.
Can anyone try helping?

As @Lolmewn said get PermissionsEx or bPermissions. The permissions system you are using is very outdated and doesn't always work correctly any more. Below is a video on how to set up permissionsex:
