[Req] Mob/player ratio balancer [Formatted]

    Suggested name: BetterMobSpawn

    A bit about me: I'm a server owner/plugin dev, but this may be a little over my head so i'm seeing if anyone here can handle it, and this is/will be a critical plugin to my server.

    What I want: A plugin that can handle mob/animal spawning according to the ratio of players online in a custom generated world that has a lower sea level. it needs to handle animals but also handleing hostile mobs is an added bonus. it should either spawn the animals/mobs in the chunks that are loaded/near the players and check every 15 or so minutes that it is meeting the minimum quota for that amount of players (up to 60 players). It should also make sure that it is spawning them on land and not water. (Default mob/animal cap at one time is 300)

    Bonus stuff:

    Configureable max/minimum animal/ mob ratios and player ratios so like players < =10 = 125 mobs
    and configurable time ratios between spawning mobs.

    P.S. please add anything you think would be cool/useful

    Ideas for commands:
    • /mobs - lists how many mobs are currently spawned
    • /forcespawn - forces it to spawn more mobs
    • /pausespawn - pauses/unpause( or stops) the mob/animal spawning cycle
    • /tillspawn - shows time left until next mob/animal spawn wave

    Ideas for permissions: BetterMobSpawn.admin

    Willing to pay up to: $7 PayPal public, $12 private, or $15 if most requested extra features are met and it's kept private
