Well what is happening is im going to my aunties for a month who lives in the USA but I still want to edit my server while im there do you know any plugins where I can connect to my server at home and edit it (by the way my computer will be on while im doing this)

teamviewer is one option...another is install some form of minecraft panel and have a web server running to access it... If you go with either route I suggest you enable wake on lan on your computer...so if for some reason it gets turned off it can be booted up again via the internet....google how to do it...unless your parents or whoever will be home and can turn it/reboot it for you.
Or.. (Assuming your on windows) You can use RDC. RDC uses port 3389 so you gotta open that, but it lets you connect to any computer if you know: IP Username Password Comes pre-installed on most windows OS's.
