I wanted to ask, because I didn't know the proper terminology to search for the plugin I am requesting now. Is there a plugin that could disable the F3 menu, and one that restricts members from minimap mods? The reason why I and the possibility of other server owners needing this is because of how my server members can't seem to shut up when talking about where a clans base is, and in the end ruins the fun of people finding clan bases legitly. If anyone could honestly match me with the plugin of my descriptions, because I can't seem to find one, and if any plugin developer could try making this I'd appreciate both solutions. The F3 menu is clientside, and I don't believe there is a way to restrict minimap mods, other than sending them less chunks.
yeah there's not really a good way to do it. Maybe spout could be used to make client packets send random coordinates i guess?
Use the spout bukkit plugin to force your players to use the spoutcraft client. By default it does not show the coordinates in the debug screen and you can't modify the client with mini maps and the like. The drawback is that spoutcraft works more or less for certain players. Some players may be unable to use spoutcraft and would then be unable to play on your server.
