    Please do that i think alot of people would appreciate that alot, i have been using spout but not anymoore i just dont need it for my server.

    That is not a very descriptive bug report. VNP works with 1559, you need to be using the latest spout build

    Sorry, missed that. I don't have the time to help debug things at the level it seems may be necessary to 100% solve things, but:
    1) If mChat is modifying your tab list, then currently that isn't something I can easily stop, but I can look into it
    2) Try /vanish fakejoin and /vanish fakequit for now
    3) vanish.toggle is not a permission node
    4) give yourself vanish.spout.status

    Ok I tried, fakejoin announces it.
    But I'm still in godmode, pberm is giving ops all nodes I guess that's the problem ?
    "invisible tag" is back now

    godmode is only possible while you're vanished. Some other plugin is likely giving you this.

    It randomly crashes with a Spout packet error every 2 hours or so.

    Hello i have just downloaded the latest dev build for spout/craftbukkit and the latest build for VanishNoPacket. The console gives me no errors but nobody is able to build when i enable this plugin. Is this plugin at fault of spout? cause i know spout is still in the dev builds xD

    If you gave yourself vanish.nointeract, you will be unable to build while vanished.

    Here is the pastebin of the two errors which are one after another. After those errors, the server times out and noone can connect until I restart manually.
    Spout is the latest recommended version for 1.0.0, and I use Vanish's 1.0.0 version.

    Big sorry mate, it seems as if worldguard did the godmode, it's ony their issue tracker by now.
    Let's hope they fix it soon.

    And still in VNP I miss the functionality of doing "/v" (unvanishing) and getting the join message ;)

    What is the last build of Spout does this plugin work this? I'm trying to use the Dev-Version of Spout #633 and this plugin says my Spout is out of date. Any help?! Please :)

    Hi mbaxter. I run your plugin, it works and my staff team enjoy it thank you. I'm really just here checking for new version etc.

    But I had to comment on your question. Spout might be the future.. Spout may offer awesome possibilities. But right now it can be an amazing pain in the butt. They trail behind the other plugins with their updating. Running it has caused significantly more errors with a range of plugins. And then there are the little things that make a big difference like not having the use of /reload command anymore. On a server that has players 24/7 and prides itself on uptime, that alone is a kick in the pants.

    Anyway, just thought I would share :) I only run spout to support your plugin, and would gladly see the back of it.
    If only there were another way.

    Perms3 isn't just old, it doesn't support the built-in bukkit permissions system. It runs, yes. But it does not support the bukkit system, and thus it is incompatible with this and other plugins which use the standard.

    VanishNoPacket doesn't say any messages about spout's version with regards to being up to date, so I'm not sure what you're talking about. Just use the latest craftbukkit build with the latest spout dev build and VanishNoPacket 1.8.5 and you'll be fine :)

    Spout tends to only trail about 1 to 2 days behind craftbukkit's first dev build after an update. I've had no errors since then. I'd be interested in knowing what plugins of yours break when Spout runs, and I suspect the spout team would be as well.

    As for the /reload command, VanishNoPacket itself is incompatible with /reload on a smaller level. The /reload command is not really a useful or functional feature for many plugins, even some that don't complain about it. As a developer and server administrator of several servers I would never advise using the /reload command. Personally I have on many instances compiled custom versions of craftbukkit that refuse to /reload just to prevent my fellow admins from breaking the server.

    I'm considering writing a non-spout version of the plugin, for those that don't use spout, we'll see how that goes. It would be weeks off at best.

    Weird... for some reason, when anyone who is op'd joins the server, the regular "Player has Joined" message appears.
    When they are not op, it dosnt.
    The same player has the "*" permission, but they join loudly only when op'd.
    Any ideas as to what would cause this?

    You're using PermissionsEx, right? There's a known bug in PermissionsEx that breaks ops. Version 1.17 should come out today with a fix for this.
