Please help, server chunks problem.

1. What OS are you using (Brand and version - Ex. Windows XP SP3)?
Windows 7

2. What architecture is the OS you are running (x64 or x86)?
i dont know, how do i find out? i thinks its x86

3. What version and architecture is your java install? (Type: java -version in command prompt.)
If you run any GNU/Linux, run this command to get all 3:

nope, im pretty sure im not.

The build number is displayed in the top of the server.log.

9. What have you tried already?
ive tried
-reinstalling java
-deleting all plugins
-logging in with a different account
-giving more ram to my minecraft (wasnt able to)


PLEASE HELP!!!! All my other friends can connect perfectly fine except when i log on the chunks dont load properly, buttons, levers, and pressure plates take a long time to work. Commands and chat also take lots of time and so does the magic compass (which i think is part of essentials)

Well first of all, switch to online mode. Second of all, it seems like your WorldGuard files are a bit messed up, especially your config. Try to look into fixing the config file.

 

Ok I will try that, but i think it has something to do with my java because it is normal for everyone else except for me.
