Plugin authentication with my DB

I ask for your help because after much research, as the plugin "Password", "Warrant", "OK3B" ... I was not successful (and perhaps because of my French) to find an authentication plugin from the server, which is related to my site.
Let me explain, I have a database on my site like this:

The name of the table: tb_utilisateurs


And I would like the lines "login" and "pass" or in connection with Minecraft. Thus, the player can register on the site, and may play Minecraft with the same account and password.
Once in play, he will type his password with a command like "/password XXX" and the server will fetch the info on the site.
I specify that accept the users who do not have a true account of Minecraft.
