Firstly, you should refrain from using caps, people will still help you if you don't. It's a turn of if people spam with caps.

You also should explain/descible what the plugins will/can do, so people get an idea of what you want.

Plugins aren't easy as 1-2-3. Some may take time, so expect time used on it. If you want it made, you need to wait for the developer and whatever suits him/her.

Using proper grammar, not enabling caps-lock, and having the maturity to realize people don't foam at the mouth and grovel when you offer five dollars will bring you a lot more success than what you just wrote.
