Search for a crafting manager plugin with permissions

Could you please help me ? I'm looking for a bukkit plugin that has these features :
-I can allow or disallow crafting recipes if the user is in this or this group with permissionsex (pex)
-I can allow or disallow smelting recipes if the user is in this or this group with permissionsex (pex)
