Why don't explosions work on my server?

    Hey I want to use TNT on my server but it wont explode. Here are my plugins.
    *Note that RemoveExplosions can be turned off in game but explosions still wont work.
    -CFBannwe
    -ChestShop
    -ColouredSigns
    -DailyBonus
    -Essentials
    -EssentialsGeoIP
    -EssentialsGroupBridge
    -EssentialsGroupManger
    -EssentialsSpawn
    -EssentialsXMPP
    -Gamemode
    -GlowstoneLanters
    -HeroChat
    -iConomy
    -Lottery
    -LWC
    -MultiInv
    -Multiverse-Core
    -Multiverse-Portals
    -RemoveExplosions
    -Residance
    -SafeFire
    -ServerLogSaver
    -Sponge
    -VoxelSniper
    -Xray detection
    *If you wan't to see any configs I'll Pastie them.

    Remove the RemoveExplosions plugin.

    It can be disable in game. I type the command to allow but it still wont work.

    no it dosent matter. I type /remexp and it says You have allowed Explosions. RemoveExplosion is NOT the problem.
