[REQ] Multiple plugins, possible donations for quality plugins.

Me and a partner of mine are looking for any Dev that can create these plugins listed:
(Scroll to the very bottom for more details on the development of the plugins)

PvP Instance Plugin (FFAI):

This plugin is going to be special, and I'm about to go into a lot of detail (for me that is).
First off, this plugin will encompass a PvP instance, in which players fight a melee battle in competition for the most kills/points.

Features of the plugin:

Players will be warped into an arena to fight in a massive free-for-all battle to determine who's the best.

If a player dies, none of their items will be dropped or lost from inventory.

A scoreboard will be kept of each player's amount of kills and points. Points will be determined on who you kill and who kills you. For example, if player#1 with a higher amount of points than player#2 kills player#2, player#1 will receive a small amount of points and player#2 will lose a small amount of points. However, if player#2 kills player#1, player#2 will gain a large amount of points while player#1 will lose a lot of points.

Kills will still be counted, but rankings will be determined by the amount of points each player has.

The free-for-all fight can be set for a certain amount of time at a specified time every day. [say, it will last 15 mins and the event is scheduled at 5:00 PM Central Time. The event will continue to repeat at that time each and every day unless otherwise specified.] After the fight is over, players will be warped back to another map [Say the instance is held in /mvtp pvpkq while the main world is in /mvtp main. Players will be warped to the spawn point of /mvtp main when the instance has finished.]

The free-for-all instance [I'm going to start calling it FFAI now] will also spawn a set amount of chests in random, specified locations. An admin will specify the locations where chests can spawn, and the FFAI will spawn chests randomly in these locations every set amount of time and delete the ones generated from a previous time. EX: Admin has designated 30 spots for chests to spawn. Admin tells FFAI to fill 10 of those spots every 1 minute 30 seconds. FFAI spawns 10 chests in those spots. When the next spawn time arrives, FFAI will delete the old chests and their contents and randomly place another 10 chests.

In each chest, there will be a random item from a specified list of items. There will be 1 item in particular that will be very special. The other chests will contain positive effect potions from the 1.9 update.

Details and commands about the FFAI plugin.

Admin Commands:

/ffai setup [time] [recruit interval] [duration] [chest respawn interval] {This will ask the admin what time the FFAI will start, how long it waits to recruit players, how long it will last, and the interval between chest spawns}
/ffai chests {This will toggle a mode where the admin will right click a block, specifying what block the chest should spawn on top of.}
/ffai delete [time] {This will delete the FFAI at the specified time interval.}

General Commands:

/ffai list {Lists all FFAI's, the duration, recruit time, and the time it starts.}
/ffai join {Enlists the player in the FFAI that is recruiting at that time.}
/ffai drop {Drops the player out of the FFAI that they enlisted in.}

Line-Of-Sight-Only Plugin

The basis of this idea is simple: remove the visual bar of the player's name above their heads when they're not within line-of-sight. This prevents finding people through walls, making for hardcore hide-and-go-seek fights and allows players to ninja each other in PvP.

If possible, I would like a feature to be added that sets designated cuboids to hide the names of the players inside it.
Essentially, if you're in that specified cuboid, you can't see any of the other player's names.

Power Beams+ Plugin:

In this plugin, I'm asking for beam weaponry very similar to the beams in Metroid Prime with a special addition, save for the Wave Beam. This plugin is obviously going to require Spout and Spoutcraft, from the best of my knowledge, correct me if I'm wrong. The idea is pretty simple, but with some modifications.

The Power Beam.

The signature beam of the Metroid Prime series, this is the beam you start with and the beam that you heavily rely on. The damage output of this weapon should and will suck, however it can be spammed as fast as you can click.

Damage: 1 heart

Firing rate: As fast as you can click

Effects: None

The Ice Beam.

This gun has a 1 shot per second firing rate, but it has added effects and damage. When the beam hits your target, the movement of the target will be slowed and unable to sprint.

Damage: 2 hearts

Firing rate: 2 seconds

Effects: Slows target's movement by 50% and disables sprinting. (If the beam hits anything that is on fire, the fire is quenched)

The Plasma Beam.

This gun has a higher firing rate than the Ice Beam, and opposite effects. When the beam hits your target, it sets it on fire! (If the beam hits anything frozen, it will melt it. It will also negate the slow effect from the Ice Beam)

Damage: 1 heart

Firing rate: 1 second

Effect: Set target on fire for an added DoT.

The Phazon Beam.

For anyone that knows this beam from the series, you know well that this is absolute overkill. And for good reason. This beam has incredible damage as well as an added DoT effect.

Damage: 5 hearts

Firing rate: 0.5 seconds

Effect: Infects the hit target with Phazon radiation poisoning, which copies the cave spider poison.

The Invincible Sword Plugin

This plugin is pretty straightforward and simple. This plugin makes the Golden Sword, ID#283, a one-hit-kill weapon of annihilation that also puts the wielder in a state of perm-sprinting.

The plugins will relate to PvP, new weaponry and projectiles, and warp coding.

It might take some time to develop the plugins, but it will pay off in the end.

I'll post more details later on as I'm getting tired and don't have the mental energy to write out all of my interests.

Bottom line is your work will not go without it's reward. Examples of your work and any qualifications that you feel would help with your cause for getting picked for the job are encouraged, if not minimally required.

I'm not looking for anything currently existing, I doubt they've been created before. I'm asking for new plugins to be developed that cater to my request.

I've already seen plugins that have mob arenas, but what I want is a PvP arena of sorts, with it's own special functions, which I've described.

Could a staff member close this thread for me? I duplicated the thread in the Plugin Request section, since that's what this thread really is. A deletion/close of this thread would finish the move in a sense.
