Simple as it sounds, I think this would make a good plugin. Its everybodies favorite game, lava rises from the ground and floods the chamber, anyone caught in the lava will be killed and eliminated. Only real options I see needed are auto generate the blocks for jumping, and arena size. I think its easily possible but I know little about bukkit plugin coding.
It sounds awesome indeed. If the plugin would hook into WorldEdit. It might be easy. Replace air with lava at some time interval. Everytime 1 higher in a certain region.
Yea its not that bad. Its just a matter of defining the region. Even if worldedit is a dependency its no big deal, because almost everyone has worldedit.
