Need some help! With a coding a command!

    Hi I need help with devloping a command for my clan plugin. Its inspired by the charter/signature feature in WoW. Im not that of an experianced Java dev. So please help me code it. The player needs to send a charter to 1-4 players. If all of them accept he/she can make a clan.

    Commands:
    /Charter send (Player)
    /Charter Accept (Player sendt from)
    /Charter decline (Player sendt from)

    Thanks for your help :) Ive been trying to code those commands for a long time.
