PLEASE HELP ME MAKE A PLUGIN!

Hello and I have a idea for a plugin that I need alot of help with! Here's my idea:

This is a griefer notifier , you can: Spy on players (Tells ops or people with perms what specific player destroys, places, and switches), Online web access which allows you to: Take away players build perms, RollBack an area,enable spy on player,can see if someone griefed a specific block or area, and much more...!

Please help me! My jobs to host the server and test plugins on it! Don't say Oh thats a rip off cause my server is 300 slots ! If you would like to help this plugin plz skype me on: mario.gates679 or reply and skype me! Here's the staff I got:

1. Do you have any experience whatsoever?
2. Don't use all caps.
3. There are 30 plugins that do this. In fact one is called Notifer.
Please Answer accordingly.

3. Ik but like notifier doesn't allow you to accesses from the web!

 

You may want to look up Hawkeye, then.

That has a web related features.

Just for future reference:

• Showing off your server size doesn't make people want to help you
• There are plenty of plugins that do the same thing, use them.
• Pay attention to the sections
• Don't type in all caps, it doesn't make us want to help you, quite the opposite actually
• Use proper grammar.

If you need a custom plugin that bad, hire a coder. Your not going to gain a team of coders for a project in which 90% of it exists.
