Failed to bind to port error!! HELP

I only get this error when i try to use Itemcraft

If i start it normal it works fine

i dont know whats wrong with it

please ask if you need any more info

 

its trying ot use a port that is already being used by something else. Try setting up the server on a different port. If you need help,link is in my signature

 

but it works on the same port if i try it without the itemcraft starter

I portforwarded 25566 and it still didn't work but it did work if i started it on a normal .bat file if i add the meta inf file

well i posted it there and im waiting for a response
but if anyone knows what to do or anything to try please help me

Are you installing it right because it looks like its different than other plugins

 

sometimes that error appears when the server is running hidden. open up task manager and look for anything thta is java.exe

 

tried that sadly it didnt work

 

This also happens if you have not port forwarded properly, seeing you have done this maybe try to redo your port forwarding to 25565.

 

Cant be from not forwarding correctly, that has nothing to do with it.

 

Thats not the problem because i can run a normal server without item craft on that port
