Permissions+iChat+Multiverse? HELP!!

Ok, So I need help with setting up Permissions to work in Multiverse. Is it possible to make one world where everyone can build and has all permissions and when they enter the next they are just a normal member and can only build? Or can you make it so that one world they can't build and the next they can? Also for iChat can you make it work with permissions and Multiverse to make it specify which world they're in? Like for me I have a creative world (redstone world), a normal hub/town, a PVPworld, and a survival world, is it possible to make it say [Survival]insertnamehere: hi, [Creative]insertnamehere : hello! and so forth. And one last question is it possible to make the names change to a the respective world when you switch worlds? ex. [Survival]Paul: HI -goes into creative portal- [Creative]Paul: HELLO! ? Thanks in advance!

When you click on your permissions folder in your plugins folder you should have the name of your worlds with separate permissions files

 

I resolved about half of this last night but the only part I need help is with the iChat and making it so it has the worldname right next to their name
