glow stone torches

i don't care what you call them light stone, glow stone or whatever but i would love to see a way to make a torch out of the dust they give. this would be brighter then Redstone torches or standard torches.

 

Yeah no. Not possible without client mod, and light level 14 is the brightest, so it can't be brighter than the sun.

 

15 is the brightest and glowstone is 15 whereas torches are 14. Please read the docs before posting.

 

i have seen this mod for other programs i think it wouldn't be that hard for here

You don't need to be rude about it, while you're correct (about 10% anyway), it was still rude.

You can't make new items, BUT you can make it make torches and if this is implemented, make them brighter. Later on you'll be able to make new recipes, but no new items.

 

thats what i mean. make it so if you combined glowstone dust and a stick you get a glowstone torch (maybe a regular torch thats brighter) that are lil brighter then normal. i had this mod in a freinds server a while ago and would love to be able to do it if you cant o well.
