I can't build on my server and i have permissions and every group has build set to true. Help!

So, I installed bukkit on my mac today and set up a server and installed Permissions on it and every group has build set to true. I can't build though! So i tried op-ping myself, then i could build. Make sure you aren't too close to the spawn point.
If that still doesn't work, go into the specific world folder and change the default group in the groups files to true.

What does changing the group to true do exactly?

 

Um. Go to the bukkit.yml and change spawn protection to zero or something. That's likely your problem.

 

Changing "build" to true allows the group to build..

 

Okay something must be way wrong. Could someone experienced person please just remote control my PC and set this up. I have been at this for the past 6+ hours. It's pathetic

 

Do you have any mods installed like singleplayer commands? That causes a bug or glitch when you play multiplayer.
