Any sort of warping unloads that chunk for the server

Craftbukkit version 953.
64 bit centOS, McMyAdmin

When people warp, either with /warp or /home, there is a chance it unloads the chunk for everyone on the server.
There is no error message, and we are having to restart the server hourly to get rid of the errors you have to restart the server to fix it.


Only admins are actually able to see the area, to everyone else it's an unloaded chunk.
We are also unable to break blocks, and chest disappear when you click on them.

The only way to break blocks is with super pickaxe, and we have to teleport users out of the chunk error or else they fall forever.

These areas appear on Dynmap as missing chunks also. We've tried 2 different plugins, and the same thing happens for the chunk they load in on.

We've tried using BananaChunk to force resend the chunk, but it only makes users fall further down into the abyss.

**edit: placing a crafting bench and using it after warping breaks the chunk until it is unloaded.
All the items placed it in disappear.

 

Bump - new symptom.

No one has been exploring the world, they've all been in a central area, yet the world size has went from 80mb to 110mb in 8 hours.

We are not using Citizens​

 

Sorry I cant remember the name of this plugin, but tere is one that fixes that. It has the word banana +chunk in it. Tge developer is codename_b

It fixes that problen completely!
